We understand that unexpected events may occasionally cause a cancellation of your hair appointment; however, last minute cancellations and "no show" appointments cost our staff time and money. Please be kind to your favorite stylist and try to let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you cannot make it.

We reserve the right to charge 50% of your scheduled service, if you cancel

with less than 24 hours notice or "no show".

We reserve the right to request payment or deposit; either partial or in full, for certain appointments at the time of scheduling.
